Shit happens...So true. And it always happens when I least expect it to happen. Here's how the story goes:
Original plan was for me to leave work at 7 pm. Hetty calls and asks me to extend until 8pm. I said OK. Hetty also says to me not to extend any later than that cause the Manager won't be paying overtime. Fair enough. Fast forward to 8pm, the flowthru guys comes and delivers stuff to both stores just as I was about to leave. Now normally I would just go, but earlier we took out some items from the container and it left us with 5 cages outside the store. Totally not acceptable! So out of the kindness of my heart, I decided to stay behind to help the guys out even though I realized I wasn't getting paid for it.
I asked Kala for help but in the end she was too tired and decided to go home first. That left me with only Helms and Dianna to help me out. No disrespect to the both of them, but I don't trust them enough to do a good job for me. Fortunately, everything turned out well and we managed to finish the job.
In other news, I made a promise to myself that I will NOT get involved in any ones problems ever again. What ever it is, you guys go sort it out yourselves. I don't need the drama...
