Episode 7: Relationship Problems?

Before I start, just need to inform you that this is just my opinion. Whether you take it seriously or not is up to you... When you're ready, please read on...

Okay, so now you find yourself in relationship with the person you really like. Best couple of months of your life. Everything is going perfect until the both of you have your first real argument. If you manage to solve this early then good for you, but if you don't, be prepared for days, weeks or even worse, months of emoing by yourself.

To prevent this, you just need to talk to someone you trust. A friend, a family member or anyone who is close to you. It really helps to ease the tension you're feeling right now. But, never ever keep it to yourself. Being stubborn in this situation won't help you at all.

Firstly, find out what went wrong. Was it something you said or was it something they did? Is it his fault or hers? If it was yours, be prepared to take the blame and apologize for it. If it was hers, I believe you should forgive but never forget. Trust is also important in any relationship. Trust in your partner and they will trust you back. If he hasn't called or messaged you for a while, assume that he might be busy with something. Don't jump to conclusions! Finally, there should be a balance in your relationship. Let him or her share their free time with their friends. Don't be so possessive! You can"t keep them to yourself because before you came along, they had a life too!

Alright, if all else fails then I guess it might be the end of the road for you guys. Listen, theres no point in continuing the relationship if you keep arguing about small little things. Bottom line is this, girls want undivided love and attention whereas guys wants understanding and freedom. Have you been able to provide that? Honesty also helps. Ask your partner if they are happy being with you. If the answer is no, then you know what you have to do.
